A property developer purchased a dilapidated bungalow which he wished to demolish in order to maximise the potential of the site with a new build property.
As architectural designers with a background in property development, took on the feasibility study, planning and building regulations.
Key tasks within the project included:
- Creating feasibility study with a full breakdown of costings
- Applying for planning and building regulation approval
- Liaising with a seasoned property developer, providing construction drawings and ensuring they had all of the relevant documents to move ahead with the development project
Successfully completed feasibility study and planning for a large 5 bedroom family home. Following completion of the project, the client sold the renovated property, securing a profit of over 200k. The client continues to develop property within the area.Start Project
